A polyglot with roots in California and France, Kathleen rejoices in connecting with people and the lands we belong to. The seeds in her life sown as a perpetual agroecology student, farm worker, environmental educator and climate justice advocate have sprouted into a deep landscape-mosaic of intrigue for researching (and participating in) fire resilient territories in Mediterranean ecosystems.
You’ll find her delighting in the chaparral and maquis, wisecracking, listening, and generally getting her hands dirty.
