Workshops: dealing with knowns and unknowns
Workshops covered future challenges and associated uncertainty: how to prepare for (un)knowns. They were interactive events using a flipped classroom concept: participants study theory (knowledge and compre-hension) in advance so class time can focus on higher level skills (applica-tion, analysis, synthesis and evaluation) in discussions and exercises:
