About Mario
Early stage researcher with Tecnosylva. Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area, Mario studied physical geography with focus on natural hazards and resilience at Utrecht University. He enjoys resolving socio-environmental spatial issues and is keen to explore new serious gaming solutions. His curiosity in exploring connections between flood and fire modeling attracted him to PyroLife. In his free time, he is an avid explorer of the outdoors and a passionate beach volleyball and soccer player.
